Le Moulin du Chatain (The Chestnut Mill) Leisure Park and Campsite offer self-catering holidays for all the family to enjoy. Spacious, modern chalets and mobile homes to rent plus pitches for touring caravans and tents - all set in a valley, surrounded by trees with a waterfall and river running through.
There are three lakes if you enjoy trout or carp fishing. A bar and restaurant is situated in the old mill for all your entertainment needs. The pitches are set in hedges and evergreen trees for your privacy (8 m x 5m). A sanitation block which has laundry, baby and handicapped facilities.
This area of France boasts many lakes and rivers and is, therefore, a popular area for fishing. There are many tourist attractions nearby. Fairy tale castles, pre-historic caves, medieval villages, outstanding scenery and not forgetting the fabulous cuisine. The historic centres of Sarlat, Brantome, Bergerac, Beynac and Domme are all worth a day's visit.
This campsite is also ideally situated for cycling, bird watching, hiking and many more out door activities.
